In 2012, Her Majesty’s Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate (HMCPSI)  was invited to inspect the Serious Fraud Office (SFO). We undertook a follow-up inspection in 2013.

From May 2014, new legislation will give HMCPSI responsibility for inspecting the SFO.
