71. Activities outcomes for women are supported by effective leadership and management.

The following indicators describe evidence that may show this expectation being met. They do not exclude other ways of achieving it.

  • Managers at all levels ensure that all women have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities every day and that sufficient resources are provided to achieve this outcome.
  • Monitoring and review arrangements help to ensure that the needs of women are met.
  • Work and education provision takes account of the assessed needs of women returning to the most common destination countries.
  • Managers ensure equitable access to activities.
  • Managers work effectively with partners, including the voluntary and community sector, for the benefit of women.
  • Managers ensure that activities are effectively promoted and that women are encouraged to participate.
