In November 2021, we inspected Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service (FRS). During the inspection, we identified one cause of concern:

The service hasn’t made prevention activity a high enough priority and it isn’t adequately identifying those most at risk from fire.

Norfolk FRS submitted an action plan setting out how it would address the areas of concern and the recommendations against it.

Between 28 November and 2 December 2022, we revisited Norfolk FRS to review progress against the action plan.

This letter provides an update on those findings.
