This inspection reviewed the progress made in Durham Constabulary since the publication of our last report for Durham in 2020. It is part of a rolling programme of inspections of all police forces in England and Wales.
During this inspection we:
- examined force policies, strategies, and other documents;
- interviewed senior leaders, managers, and supervisors; and
- audited 29 child protection cases.
