Concordat between the Home Office and HMIC
Summary
HMIC has signed a concordat with the Home Office. This sets out the foundation of the relationship between HMIC and its sponsor within the Home Office, and specifies, at a high level, the role of each organisation in relation to the other, and the responsibilities of the principal individuals involved in running, sponsoring and overseeing HMIC’s affairs.
