County lines

Criminal networks or gangs which use a dedicated mobile phone line (or ‘deal line’) to distribute drugs, typically from an urban area to a smaller town or rural setting. They often exploit vulnerable adults and children to traffic, store and deal drugs, and will use violence, weapons and coercion.
