Regional organised crime threat assessment (ROCTA) unit

A regional organised crime threat assessment (ROCTA) unit is designed to assess threats of serious and organised crime (SOC) that have been identified by a regional organised crime unit (ROCU) and the forces it works with. It is one of a ROCU’s principal functionalities (see: Regional crime unit capabilities).
