Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO)

An order that is applied for at conviction and is intended to address the most serious and persistent offenders. It may include prohibitions to tackle antisocial behaviour, or requirements to address the underlying causes of the behaviour. Breaching the order is a criminal offence.
