Article 31 (prohibition notices)

A notice issued by an enforcing authority (e.g. the fire and rescue service) under Article 31 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, prohibiting or restricting use of a building to ensure people’s safety. It is the most stringent measure available to an enforcing authority.
