The information management policy and records management procedural guidance (RMPG) have been updated and will be disseminated. Each business area will produce its own guides and will record any divergence from the information management APP. The review of the review, retention and disposal guidance will be carried out in conjunction with the implementation of this function.

On 01.08.18 Auto grader was switched on and is currently trawling through all records in Niche and applying MoPI Grades. It is about 35% of the way through and it is anticipated that it will take another 3 weeks to complete. Once complete further testing will take place and once the RRD Team are happy with its performance, further work to redefine RRD processes will take place. This further work may be delayed however due to resource commitments on another project but it is anticipated the secondary testing will be completed by the end of November 2018.
