Her Majesty’s Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate (HMCPSI) also inspects other prosecution agencies, such as the Services Prosecuting Authority (which prosecutes criminal cases  for the Navy, Army and Royal Air Force) and the Public Prosecution Service for Northern Ireland (PPSNI).

HMCPSI inspects PPSNI under the powers delegated by the Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice Inspection Northern Ireland.
