Between 8 and 12 October 2018, Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission, HMICFRS and HMI Probation undertook a joint inspection of the multi-agency response to sexual abuse in the family in Cornwall. This inspection included a ‘deep dive’ focus on the response to sexual abuse in the family environment.
