Between 18 and 22 March 2019, Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission, HMI Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services, and HMI Probation carried out a joint inspection of the multi-agency response to abuse and neglect in Derby City. This inspection included a ‘deep dive’ focus on the response to child sexual abuse in the family environment.
