Lifetime offender management

A system for continually assessing the threat from people engaged in serious and organised crime (SOC), both before and after conviction, for as long as they are at risk. It identifies interventions which are appropriate for specific people to cut crime and reduce reoffending. It can include the use of ancillary orders to prevent offenders from continuing to engage in SOC.
